Yes - i am also worried that frame rates will take a noticeable hit.

Well, I see anywhere for 65 to 103 in various scenarios on a middle of the road machine with Win7 64 bit but as always everyones mileage varies.
The good part is that if you have issues you can return it for a full refund.:jump:
