The red drones need a bit more tinkering. I'm not quite happy with them yet.

The Blue angels are on the List Just ned somebody to paint fifth member number '0' 'Beetle Bomb', The yellow SNJ6 painted with very large Hinamarus (Japanese roundals).

Not sure about the color of the rudder...I don't seem to have any color photos of this particular bird. I suspect it might have been red?

Mal the first three are the XF6F-1 prototype the exhausts are larger and the pitot probe on top of the wing, these are the pics I went by

yep, I didn't see it there either.
I like your North Atlantic "what if" theme. The only thing I would change is to remove any hint of sheen or gloss to the paint as most of the paint schemes used matt or flat paint finishes.

I can't thank you enough for all your fabulous paints...they are truely the spice of simming, without which flying the same paint over and over would soon become quite a bore!

These are awesome.
The tugs and drones are magnificent. I'll be saving them for when I get FSX. For now, my CWD Hellcat will have to look at them in envy ... :)

one other thing the angels used Gloss Sea Blue on their aircraft up until 1958 and the use of the Tiger and the blue colour used is a shade called Cerulean.
