I stop in to Sim Outhouse now and then......just to see whats new.

I see alot of activity on flying boats.......so I thought I would drop a pastel cartoon just to keep a foot in the door....and maybe get a .......oh no not that pastel cartoon stuff again.

Clutch Cargo was a pop culture bush pilot cartoon and a float plane hero.

Basic good pilot ...bad pilot series..........

Clutch Cargo.......good

Pack Rat.......bad..........fly by night bush pilot inc.

(And yes, subtle propaganda.....Clutch good looking clean cut big dude.......Pack Rat short facial hair dumpy sinister dude)

I eagerly await some mention of Talespin and their world of amphibs.

Together, they are the crew of Higher for Hire's only aircraft, a modified Conwing L-16 (a fictitious combination of a Fairchild C-119 transport and a Grumman HU-16 amphibian), named the Sea Duck.

I guess it is because I am a bit passed the imagination age or time frame of that pop culture.......it never sunk in.....

and...

Because of my age.....and my brain loss to soak up impressional images ....It seemed a Walt Disney "jungle book" version of Tailspin Tommy...

So, I guess it is a generational split............
