Looking for Mustang/Merlin sounds

Hey there guys,

This time I'm looking for some GREAT sounds that are for a P-51/Merlin engine aircraft.
They were outstanding. Just can't remember who made them. I thought that there were available here at one time.
The only way I can discribe this particular sound set is when you shut down the engine,
you get this guy in a GREAT British accent saying, "Well, we survived."
If anybody can help me out, I'm forever in your debt.

The sound you're looking for is mustang_sounds.zip by Doug Smith. He did it for Wozza's P-51. It's a very large file, 14.9M zipped.

And I agree that this is a terrific sound set...especially when turned up loud!

Haven't a clue where you might find them. Not at SOH, AVSIM, or FlightSIM

Best soundfile ever! But I use it with the A2A Mustang, in fs9 and fsx, can´t delete the wozza sound, remembers me, when I startet simming!:icon_lol:

The sounds you hear are of the mighty Merlin engine collected from various internet sources and enhanced using multi-track studio software.
