I don't believe anyone has tackled Canada mesh above the 60th. Everything north of 60 deg latitude was outside the catchment area for the shuttle radar topography mission (SRTM).
Jonathan de Ferranti tackled the data once we had a shuttle mission that compiled and released the data. Jonathan de Ferranti's then worked on filling SRTM voids and missing areas in the SRTM dataset.

A couple of guys tackled Iceland. The terrain mesh covers the whole of Iceland in 76m detail. It has been compiled in FSDEM from Jonathan de Ferranti's released source data, and is distributed as freeware with his permission.

FSGenesis North America shows 76m coverage for the Canadian north and Alaska.

They also now have a separate pack of the North Atlantic
Features include:
612m/306m/153m76m horizontal resolution from De Ferranti source data, from Russian Topo maps

38m horizontal resolution for Jan Mayen Island and Iceland
Custom shorelines for Jan Mayen, Shetland, and Faroe Islands

Standalone or as part of the best value FS2004 Media Bundle

The bundle is now $49.95. I got it before the N. Atlantic set was added but I'm pretty happy with the results.

One note: they say the website is being upgraded so it may take a bit of hunting to find the right pages.
