SOH Add-ons Archive vs. Add-Ons Library

I'm very glad we have them, but where's the dividing line/what's the distinction?

The archive contains all the files prior to migrating to the new server 4-5 weeks ago. All new uploads go to the Library.

That's what I figured. Maybe when everything's shaken down and running smoothly (ha!) the switchover date could be noted on both pages, so that searchers know what's what.
