WOW!!!! What a toy! Actually, "toy" doesn't fit this wonderful example of model building. Enjoy by clicking on the link below:

This is a most amazing Remote Controlled [RC] model airplane - click link to see it fly. Not only did they build its jet engines, but included retractable landing gear, and built it into a fully scaled model of the SR-71 that is good enough to fly. This SR-71 model was built by some German RC enthusiasts, and this is one nifty toy - and sounds REAL!

Another amazing thing is the skill required to fly that bird at those speeds.

That is just too awesome, lolol...

Imagine being a Predator pilot and you are watching the monitors and that thing passes you by at twice your airspeed, lolol...

You know.....

When you have to have a fire extinguisher on hand to start your model airplane....perhaps you've taken your hobby just a bit too far.....

Very cool though.

What...do you start your SR-71 with no fire extinguisher??? :d

I do love the RC jets as they scale so well.
The sound, scale speed, everything is just right.

I thought he'd lost it on the approach, he did well to put it down where he did.
