Geez thanks a bunch, now I'm an hour behind in my work cause I had to salivate over every picture!

Actually these made me think.. Y'know those lucky dogs that had the foresight to buy P-51s at $50 a wheel after the war? Anybody want to chip in and get us a future classic?

It is sad to see........

once what was a great new advancement..........

is now sitting idle............

Yet.......

Lately..........somedays.......

I can totally relate...................

But seriously, I have Been there......

it is a meca of Military Aviation........

if you have a chance......and are into military aircraft.......don't miss the opportunity

I know they were old,
they were worn, bent, or broken,
they were only metal and fading paint,
but once they flew, they soared, and they slipped the surly bonds.

Thanks for sharing.
