Hi, Is there one available thay can detect the power supply wattage in my pc? i have this type"

i am planning to upgrade the Nvidia gefore 8300 GS card. it is currently a 128 video memory and want to go to 256 or 512. But I dont want to break machine if they mismatch wattage.

Dsawan, just open your case and eyeball the unit. Its easy to see, unless you have some unconventional configuration inside that somehow hides the PSU. If its like most, the unit should have all the specs -- including wattage -- printed on its casing. Its the big square box -- up top or on the bottom -- with all the cables and wires attached to it.
