She's probably been in closer contact with her parents during the voyage than she would be if she were home! :icon_lol: If my kid were on a trip like that I'd be certain she had state-of-the-art comms and GPS gear and checked in on a regular schedule.

Actually, that's standard for all solo sailors out there.
