Why didn't you just install Windows on it like everyone else does! :173go1:

What's really sad is when people buy Macs and completely format over the mac partition and just run Windows. :isadizzy:

That being said, it would be interesting to triple boot W7, an ubuntu variant, and OSX. You'd have everything available to you on one computer.

I think it says something for their hardware quality levels.

But.... What do I know.

You could be right, but almost all mac components are now the same as the "pc" ones since they went to the Intel platform. That's not to say their keyboards, outer shell, and screens aren't better. The way they are built may be better too, but I don't really know a whole lot about the build quality of internal parts in laptops (other than my ASUS C90S was built quite poorly).

I think I'm starting to get closer to seeing why some people would want to use a mac though!

P.S. Hows the Epic Win... err victory coming along? I can't wait for that one!

Its slowly getting there. Some issues with animated parts code, doing some night textures, finishing up the VC...

Sounds good Bill! Keep up the good work. I'll be the first in line to pick it up when it's ready. :salute: :ernae:

yeah Mac lappys are prety good.. i seen a crank shaft from an lawnmower engine dropped on one and yah it didn't even do anything to it.. so yeah its worth what you pay for it considering it can take a beating.. there to the point of being hard to kill. as for the towers and such there better then what Most PSC retailers got out but they lage behind the custom market
