Hmmm...I wouldn't imagine my Mrs would be too happy if I asked the cute young blonde on reception if she'd mind warming up my bed!:monkies::173go1::icon32::a1089: :icon_lol:

The advantage of being single. :icon_lol:

Although I'll get a "no" as an answer in 99% of the cases. :(

i think my mrs would kill me there and then if i asked for that service... i tend to sleep outside of the sheets on top of the bed anyway, rooms plenty cool enough for nice sleep, if i want it cooler i open a window... and then get killed by the mrs for doing so usually "close that bl**dy window you great oaf" although more explicit than that, when it snowed recently here in the UK i opened my window all the way and sat next to it with a bottle of scotch for company, chilled by the outside temperature... didn't even need ice :icon_lol:

I use an electric blanket myself. No need to worry about being seduced by a blankie! :bump:

No doubt about...if the Mrs and I were to visit a hotel with that service and I asked for a bed warmer....the Mrs would find a gallon of gasoline and make sure that the bed was nice and toasty.

I wouldn't do the scotch thingy (I like my apartment fairly cozy once I'm awake), but I always sleep with my windows tilted open. Makes getting up a bit hard in the mornings but as soon as you set a foot on the floor and acknowledged the 8-9°C (~282K) in the bathroom it's usually okay.
Like your better half, all of my girlfriends didn't like this habit either, but I always told them if they wanted it warm they should just move closer to me.
Just like everyone else (except most women, they're mysteriously kind of black holes for warmth) I'm nothing but a living heater after all.
