Error in fsx

I have a big problem my FSX is broken i need help

when i fly alt button and right mouse button doesn't work
help ???????????????????????????????

when you hit "alt" you should get the menu at the top of the screen.
right clicking should give you menus for pop up windows and hiding the yoke, etc. if you're not getting those actions something must be real messed up.
do those function properly outside of fsx?
