A burger that is only $1.00 is pretty darn impressive. If only it were really healthy and super low in fat grams.... arrghh..

Around here the regular cheeseburger in on that fine Scottish restaurant's dollar menu not the double.

Actually you could call it a McFraud burger. They're removing one slice of cheese and saving 6 cents while renaming it, plus charging more for it in the end. To me that's fraud. Send Ronald McDonald to jail for that one.

I can remember the cerial burgers they, and others sold back in the 70s. And Carol's Hamburgers getting caught selling donkey and/or kangaroo burgers, and ending up going out of business over it. Boy how we wished for a McDonalds and finally got one after Carol's closed up. I'd say the joke was on us. :costumes:

I don't think there's anything McDonald's could make , that would entice me to buy their food....Yuck! http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/surprised/sour.gif (http://www.thesmilies.com/)

I agree with you on this one . As the the article stated towards the end it could back fire on them in these rough times . "Mcfraud burger " , I like that . :costumes:

Been expecting it --
a double for a buck . . . couldn't last.
Had to cut something -- there goes half the cheese --
but it probably is better for you.

That's what I get at McD's, but it seems it keeps getting smaller and smaller. Can't win....

Cook-Out! No "dine-in," only a walkup window and two drive-through windows. Drive by when they're cooking a fresh batch, and the smoke is enough to reduce visibility by half, and smells like a backyard grill! Best of all, it was founded right here in Greensboro!

That's because the employees where you stop are eating part of it before you get it RR. :costumes:

I'm sorry to have to confess this but ...

I only eat the breakfast biscuits and the mcmuffins from mcdonalds. Otherwise I can't stomach their food.

I'm not sorry that I don't eat at McDonalds at all. And I've lost at least 10 pounds from not eating there. :d
