On June 12, 1943 while providing top cover for a rescue boat picking up Lieutenant Paul Yeager, who had to bail out, Lieutenant Bong had to light up a ground target that I have not seen in any of our libraries.


















Would anyone like to build me a BIG crocodile as a ship? :bump:

Was the croc in the water or onshore? A swimming 'salty' should be pretty easy.

The blood splash is AMAZING!

That big ole boy is a little hard to hit at above stall speed, but WOW, when ya get 'im IT SHOWS!
