Samdim's CAP-10 was one of my favorites in FS9. I have visited often on their websites and there is note (16/07/2009) that FSX version is being tested.

Does somebody know is that project still alive?

Haven't heard of anything.

You could either try emailing him or do the most basic thing freeware fans do: Wait. :d
