Im having a wacky FSX moment. I fired up FSX activated DX10 and slammed all sliders full right and threw out the Ai setting as I hate Ai except I slammed the Ai boats full right. Im nailing 35fluid with little flickers, a lot less since I went to the new Nvidia drivers and nhancer for 64 W7 Ultimate.

Which drivers are you using, havenīt updated mine for quite some time now, might be worth fiddling with that again...

Looks good in your screens! Have to run DX10, too, canīt use Bloom in DX9, couldnīt get used to the DX9 water effects again, canīt give those frames away. The only problems it is giving me is no Tool tips, hardly use them anyway, no taxiway help markers and those flickering taxiway textures. Ok, the textures are an issue, but I can live with it, spending the most time in the air anyway... :d

I hate Ai

How is that possible? After all AI is what keeps the FS world alive. :kilroy:

While I agree with you, I know quite a few others than never use it. I'm that way with shadows, can't live without them, but see plenty that have them disabled, to each his own.

I have never used AI. They kill frames and don't really do anything besides be up there with you.

I would really like to use shadows, however they're incompatible with the FS9 AI models and add-on airports since SP2. :/

You obviously never tried custom AI. As long as you stay away from megahubs like ORD or DEN, your framerates will be fine.

My system loves Dx10. I dropped it in favour of my port-overs when I learnt that FsXI wasn't coming.
