I am having trouble down loading from this site. I am logged in though I only get a white box and not the usual box.

Try the FireFox browser. That's the only one I can upload pics and other things on, my IE browser always has cookie issues with various sites.

I am trying to download this file pietenpol_air_camper_sound_pack.zip (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/index.php?loc=downloads&FileType=fs2k4&page=downloads&Category=sounds#download) and any other file I still only get a white screen.

PS do not use a download manager they do not work and cannot download a password protect file

go to settings
go to control panel
click internet options
click privacy tab
click sites
in box add
donationware.net
and click allow
and
sim-outhouse.com
and click allow

If that don't work try this

Temporary Internet files
delete cookies
delete files
delete all offline content
Reset web settings
Restore Defaults
unable firewall

sometimes the router needs to be shut off for 30 seconds and restarted.
