Great Tom

Do you find that they have missed off any shine on the cockpit - it looks so dull as though a texture is missing?

If any painter fancies another UK based re paint (similar to the one supplied) a group of us are going to the Flight 1 Europe sim event at Shoreham this weekend and the co-owner of G-XYAK (a fellow CBFS member) is hoping to bring her along too. I am sure he would love to have her on his sim, he already owns the earlier FS9 model.

Got it after I left the currency at NZ $. The exterior detail is top class and the vc isn't bad at all.
There's going to be some great repaints I can see:ernae:

I'd like to see a few more Soviet mil repaints if anyone fancies doing them.:engel016:

Wow Shaggy - that looks real :jump:

Especially like the fact that you have given the canopy a more realistic shine

Roger

Interestingly,
The FsX and The Fs9 versions seem to have been developed by different designers. I've just tried the Fs9 version and it has more interior detail. Also there are some features like the artificial Horizon that require switching on before they are useable.

That is weird but then....

If only Yago was around to do some paints

Meanwhile this one is complete and I will upload later.

Hi Shaggy - the only way I could get the checkers close to being right was to use a continuous strip...

Im flying with full realism and it does very odd things in a nose up stall - im not over convinced with the flight dynamics.

It flies god but im disappointed with the roll rate , it should have a much higher roll rate. But im sure the flight dynamics are fixable. The sound are also good but to low for me, the real aicraft has a much nicer raw to it :). And thanks Gajit I will test that out .

yakitalia will apear soon :)
but I doesnt know for which sim first ;)
ok decided FS9 will be first because I fly more often in that Sim will release them to FSX later

its quite hard to paint that scheme because of some decals
but I have enough pictures to recreate that Scheme

I have attached an WIP Image :)

Nice work there all around - start myself with a simple fictitous N-Paint. It is a very nice "Jump-in-and-fly" - plane. I look into the aircraft.cfg and find no [flight_tuning]-entry. So it should be easy to add one from another plane and try how it work. The glass_t need a bit more shiny im my opinion, wait and see what shaggy had done ......

ok flight dynamics could be a bit more acurate and cockpit exterior needs more shine the rest is top :)

Seems like the only way to darken the glass and make it more reflective in spot view lies within the .mdl.
