Prepare that hand the night before... .You would not believe the amount of times you have to put the 'ole signature on papers for a house..... geez louise.... i think the stack was 3 inches high! Congrats Wulf! Welcome to the wonders that are, home ownership!

Congratulations! As Witt said, get the signature wrist ready for a lot of work. I remember having to sign a paper signifying that it was my signature. The lawyers leave no stone unturned.

just do like i do...one letter followed by a squiggle line for each name.

Congratulations. My wife and I were very excited when the offer on our first (and only) house was accepted. Debt for the next 30 years! Heehee We still love this place, and hope your experience is good too.

Just remember until the title is in YOUR hands the bank owns it, good luck and NEVER miss a payment. Also NEVER get a 'balloon' loan, a fixed rate is usually best.
