Hey y'all,

I've been trying to fly World War 1 birds in FS-2004 recently... wasn't there a nice freeware SE-5a released a year or so ago??

Thanks in advance...

The only freeware Se5a I know of is Stuart Green's which was originally made for CFS2. There's a modified for FS9 version here (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/index.php?lloc=downloads&loc=downloads&page=info&FileID=1837). Otherwise there's the payware Se5a by Alphasim which is a couple of years old now.

There was one made as a tutorial on PC Pilot magazine, and included on the cover CD.

The Alpha SE is one of my favourite WWI birds but has been sadly overlooked by re-painters.
'Shweinhund' is the one and only I've come across and that was FSX only.
Stewart Green's free version is a nice enough aeroplane and the price is right!:ernae:
