ETO - Visual improvement download useful???

After installing and enjoying ETO I found this download in the CFS3-Downloads / Others section:

Is this addon usable and useful for the latest version 1.20 of ETO???

I think so, but do you have a suitable rig for this? I believe it needs a hard-core gaming rig or it's next stop stutter city. See details in this thread:-

been using that for a bit since released for me and my rig is excellent . really had improvements .........imho for me
