This morning I got an email from a person I don't know. To avoid opening emails from people I don't know I use a right click and then hit the "view source" which eventually after some routing information, will display the body of the letter ...

Apparently this guy figures the scams run by the Nigerians is a good thing so he though he'd try ... Here is his email as copied from the view source display ...

Good day,

I am James Fredrick a solicitor at law in London, United Kingdom, on
the 11th of March 2004 my client, his wife and their only child on
Vacation in Spain, were killed by bomb blast in Madrid train station
terrorist attack, all the occupant of the coach were killed. Since
then I have made several inquiries to locate any of my clients
extended relatives, which have proved unsuccessful. After these
several unsuccessful attempts, I had to go through his files and
search very well before I could come up with your contact details as
his NEXT of KIN, which huge money is WILLED TO, hence I am contacting
you.

I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the money left behind
by my client before they get confiscated or declared not serviceable
by the bank where these huge deposits were lodged, where the Deceased
had an account valued at US$10.7million dollars.

The Finance House has issued me a notice as his personal attorney to
provide the next of kin or have the Account confiscated within the
next fifteen official working days. Since I have been unsuccessful in
locating the relatives for over 2 Years now, I seek your consent to
present you as the NEXT of KIN of the deceased, so that the proceeds
of this account valued at US$10.7million dollars can be paid to you
and then you and I can share the money. You have to share this money
with me because I know you don=92t have any prior notice of your
inheritance.

I have all necessary legal documents that will be used to back up the
claims we will be making. All I require is your honest co-operation to
enable us seeing this deal through. I guarantee that this will be
executed under legitimate arrangement. Please drop your phone number
to enable me call you.

Thank you very much for your co-operation. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU
REPLY TO MY PRIVATE EMAIL BOX: jamesfredrickuk@xxxxxxmail.com TO
ENABLE ME RESPOND FAST

Best regards.

Mark it as a Phishing Scam and you won't get another from him. But you will still get many more from the others out there like him. They are a PITA.

This reminds me of a scam I got duped into not once but a few times. So guys be Careful - Here's the heads up for those of you who may be regular Home Depot customers. Over the month of June I became a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. Simply going out to get supplies has turned out to be quite traumatic. Don't be naive enough to think it couldn't happen to you or your friends.
Here's how the scam works:

Two very hot 20-21 year-old girls come over to your car as you are packing your stuff into the trunk. They both start wiping your windshield with a rag and Windex, with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy T-shirts. It is impossible not to look. When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say 'No' and instead they ask you for a ride to Lowe's. You agree and they get in the backseat. On the way, they start undressing. Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and starts crawling all over you, while the other one steals your wallet.

I had my wallet stolen June 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the 15th, 17th, 20th, 24th & 29th.

So tell your friends to be careful.

P.S. Walmart has wallets on sale 2.99 each.
