Funny, usually it's the rudder :banghead:.. Hopefully, one of the scasm gurus will jump on board. ( this is really a cleverly disguised :bump::bump:).

Bypass Mk_Mdlc and try the conversion again in command line with the F switch:

MDLC /f xxx.mdl
MDLC /t xxx.md8
MDLC /c xxx.mdt xxx.md2 F

No good. By the way, it's a FS2002 model...

ok skip the /f command and run the

mdlc /t
mdlc /c xxx.mdt xxx.md2 F

Yup...what he said. If its an FS8 model you don't run the command line for FS9 to FS8.
