One aircraft is obviously an F/A-18, but I have no clue what the other is. It's obviously small, turbine powered and built since hornets have been flying. I at first wanted to guess that it was one of NASA's lifting body gliders, but this thing is powered and those may have been a little to early for this video to be out.

looks an awful lot like this... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_X-45. I'm not sure though.

X-47 UCAV, most likely.
The NASA lifting body craft, like the X-24 A and B, HL-10, etc. were rocket powered, not just gliders.

Is the X-47 that tiny?

I don't have enough experience to know whether rockets make contrails like that, either.

The X-47 has a round exhaust on it, and as the screen grab below shows, the UFO has wider, rectangular or elliptical shape to it. I'm almost positive it's an x-45 now.

This video has some in-flight footage that resembles your video.

Yeah, you can see the wings right at the start of the video.
