For someone that's still got FS2002 installed...

I'm looking for one of the registry keys that will point to either the EXE path or the installation directory. I need to set up an installer for FS2002 as well as FS2004.

For FS9 I use:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\9.0\EXE Path

For CFS2 I use:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Combat Flight Simulator\2.0\InstalledTo

I'm guessing that the FS2002 entry should be:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\8.0\EXE Path

Can someone with FS2002 do some digging in RegEdit to confirm this for me? Thanks!

Can't help you out, Mike. But when I first read the thread title, my first thought was that someone was about to get FLAMED for do the big NO NO and asking for some piracy help.

Nah...I'm just too lazy to dig out my FS2002 CDs and I'm not sure I've even got enough HDD room anymore after installing the FSX Acceleration pack.

I know there are still some folks here running FS2002.

Mike,

I have FS2002 at home, and will check for you. It will be about 10:00 CST.
