Just pretend the B377 is a B-29! Not sure why you would bother with a piece of freeware or even sub standard payware when you have the greatest rendition ever of what amounts to the same thing. The A2A B-17 is the only WWII bomber worth my time, personally.

the B-29 is an whole difrent aircraft from the 377 there cousins but not sisters. the B-29 has so many different ways about it that are different.

A2A productions has a very nice B-29. One of the best... IMHO. Free download if you get the WOP B-17 for FS9.

Tom Kohler's RB- and TB-50 works pretty decent in FSX. There is a small issue with the side windows in the VC not being transparent but the forward view is just fine. I haven't taken the time to try to figure out why just those side windows are blacked out.

I haven't tried Tom's B-29s in FSX though...

It's available right here at SOH (I think the file library is getting back to normal) or I think it's also available at flightsim.com too.

Try this thread for starters.
http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7296

It has info on installation, panel fixes, adding camera definitions etc.

It's been around so long that some of the screenshot pics aren't working anymore. I might try to update those missing ones. :)

As much as I am of an anti-port aircraft guy, I do have the Shockwave/A2A B29, B24 and PB4Y-2 all flying in FSX/Acceleration.

Other than the prop clipping and not being able to see out of the VC windows when it's raining they still look great. There's very little if anything that doesn't still work under FSX/SP2/Acceleration on these aircraft.
