Sanders Europe Scenery: dem4km.bgl

Does anyone know where I can get the dem4km.bgl for sanders scenery? If not will it work ok without it?

It's actually for Rhumbaflappy's new landclass. I can send you the file plus the LOD 5 mesh and watermasks. LOD 7 and 8 are frankly just too durn big to send in chunks. They should be restored in the server as quickly as possible.
