I'm not going to upload a thing until things are back to normal. I think the people have enough to do without my adding to it. They are ready, so just be patient!

well, does it really matter? The most important is that he choosed between a 'cool' life in America and crossing the Atlantic to sit in a Spitfire cockpit. He did it and even if there are more kills in his book than he really did, this is not so important.

Loic, I can trust you to find the positive bits! Yes, you're right. Compared to say, St Ex, he did do pretty well, and even if he did make half of it up, there's still the half he didn't.

Ooops..he has just got out from the cockpit (the mechanos had to unscrew it as the Stratospheric spits have pressurized pits...)

Oh, Nigel...don't be so hard: where is your imagination?:bump: At the time of this pic, the gentleman in question was on leave and Closterman used his plane, please...

If you have a suggestion for a better suited HA spitfire, please, "je suis tout ouïe".

Now that's a slightly more credible gentleman, even if Dogsbody didn't agree with him on aerial tactics!

Bugger, I can't upload the picture. Well, I do have. For upload once it's all settled down a bit.
