I just read a review of the Captain Sim/Just Flight C130. How are the framerates, relative to other payware?

For me frame rates for the C130 are similar to the default aircraft and better than most payware. It always amazes me how good they are for a large and complex aircraft.

Well worth the 9.99 price tag! ;)

Yes - I agree with Roger - its a shame that Captain Sim could not do the same with the 757 and 727 that suffer a bit on my PC but the C130 is very smooth.

Got a single core here and it is good on fps. Excellent & worth buying.

I agree with the other posters, if only the same could be said about the FS9 one, that was a frame hog!

Yes, in FS9 it was by far the worst I had ever experienced!

But in FSX it is a joy!

I have constant 45-60 fps in the VC and 35-50 outside on a Geforce 9600GT XXX and a Core2 Duo E8400 @3.3ghz and 4gb of ram. For me it's perfect.

Gotta agree with the others... it's nice and smooth. Well worth the price. And I only have a single core too.... P4 3.2GB.

I don't check FPS unless I have stuttering and lag problems. And I haven't had those problems at all with FSX/SP2/Acceleration. Yet.

It had a good performance even in my old rig(an Athlon XP3200 with 7600GT)
