The Office, still a few things to fix and I'm contemplating doing the bench since it has a nice engraving in the wood back.

Doesn't seem to be any interest in this one and I'm having problems with SBX so it's on the back burner for now. If I can get the program running again I'll revisit it.

Well the problem was fixed easier than I expected. However I had to recapture the satellite imagery as the original was too large and would not compile after adding the seasonal textures and night texture (each one was over 300meg), all totaled almost a gig. . .way too much. At any rate while all the custom buildings are done and autogen placed. . .basically it was finished. . .I must start over with color correcting, building all the seasonal textures, etc. so this will probably not be released this week as I also go out of town on Friday.

A couple of "almost complete" shots. I just want to add a smattering of grass here and there, otherwise complete.

That is really, really nice. I'll be downloading this to go along with my Michigan Airports.

Really nice work - once again - on this Ed. I had some job shoe horning my new Twin Beech in the smallish parking area!

Here I am at Bois Blanc this afternoon with real weather and VATSIM. Flight plan is VOR-VOR to KMBL Manistee Blacker VFR (just barely) at 4,500 AGL. Took off runway 28 in my default Cessna C172 Skyhawk in FSX. Second shot is at KMBL Rwy 28 on GPS final and finally after taxiing, put it in the heated hanger for the night. MI in the winter is way too cold to leave it out if I expect to fly tomorrow.

Hi Ed,

I am a long time "collector" of your scenery - a big thank for that. I am happy that most of them display correctly in Prepar3D.

I am using Prepar3D V5 and have a VERY limited scenery knowledge.... only basic ADE, which allowed me to adjust the airport altitude of 6Y1 (653 ft in FSX, 664 ft in P3DV5)

But I have an issue with 3X5 and 89D that I have narrowed to the "CVX_hydro.bgl".

I love them and would like to know how could I modify them to align them with the water surface.

Thanks in advance

Gérard

To be very honest, I have no idea as I don't have V5. Elevation settings were a problem with the Island airports because the true airport elevation should have made the island about 20 to 30 feet above the water level, however they were both at the same level in the sim. The hydro poly was set to the same level as the surrounding water body however in FSX I did not encounter the problems you see. Sorry, nothing I can do to help with this. If it's an unacceptable problem for you I would suggest you delete the scenery.

Thanks for your explanations.

I don't want to loose these nice sceneries -I can cope with this tsunami :)

Just wondering,

In the Library, there is an update on Dec.17th for this Bois Blanc scenery, no reason given.

I downloaded my FSX version before this date ...all seems OK on my end, but I'll do the update regardless.
