Hey Morton, Could you or anyone else tell me if your mk_mdlc.exe would not work if the main operating system Drive Letter is "D" other then the usual "C" ? Having a dual boot computer, I had to have D for my XP insall. With Vista using C....it works fine there. Just trying to figure out why it has a problem in the XP install. If anyone can make sence of it, this is the error log. Thanks
