It's just hard for me to understand why it doesn't come together right away, honestly I have AI Ship set to 50% in MSFS and have never seen any AI traffic on the water (maybe I haven't flown much in MSFS so far, I'm about 50h)

The product looks interesting if it is to improve such AI ship traffic, I know there is a free add-on from Henrik (AI Global ships, I use it in P3D and its a fantastic free addon) but I have never used it in MSFS (link https://pl.flightsim.to/file/9529/global-ai-ship-traffic-msfs-v1 and his topic on MSFS Forum https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/global-ai-ship-traffic-v1-for-msfs/368369/695).

I do not really understand the idea and why it is divided, if one product requires another from what I read (traffic needs new models), in addition it should be cheaper in my opinion then.

I have the free package and it has lots of vessels. I don't know how much the move, since I really don't pay a lot of attention to them.

Just not seeing the value here for the Seafront product. If the $27 package included the $17 package I would consider it. But even at $27.00 I feel like that is too expensive. This thing is more expensive than high quality addons like the FlyingIron Spitfire or Dino's MB-339.

$17 + $27, so $44 and you are forced to use Orbx DRM. I'm also not seeing any documentation on what is actually included, the manuals on the Orbx storefront just say "Fly at dawn or dusk, it looks pretty" as if that is in any way helpful.

Henrik is a developer I trust and I have been using his product for some time now and I'm looking forward to seeing how Global AI Shipping progresses in the near future. Will stick with Global AI Shipping for now and maybe send Henrik a donation via Flightsim.to to support his freeware efforts.

I think most of us do understand: it's called rampant capitalism, moneymaking, greed. Call it whatever you want, it's just not right.

BTW, it's a flightsim. Who cares about effing boats? The only thing I'm waiting for is a decent carrier with cat and trap utility for the latest update of the sim.

Right, I didn't want to be so honest ;).

Agreed - if this was Yacht Sim 2020, I'd want heavy boat traffic where it should be. Stock boat are good enough, and can usually be found in ports and marinas. I've also seen a few around Catalina Island.
