I am looking to download this aircraft; "Beech E18S" or as it is named in the sim "D18SX_DC". Can you or anyone please direct me to the download for this aircraft.

Are you refering to the Milton Shupe / David Carroll conversion? You can find it on Flightsim, just look for b18dc05.zip (https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?do=copyright&fid=146981).
