Trying to contact a member

Hi guys, Deano here from Vertigo Studios.

Does anyone know a chap from the US called : Alan Charlevois

He's sent me an email and I've been trying to reply to him. However - the email keeps bouncing back stating "all hosts for 'comcast.net' have been failing for a long time"

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Deano,

We don't have a member under that name. We have dozens of Alanss which something added to make them unique, but it nearly impossible to check them all to see whether there is a trace which leads to the guy you are looking for.

I noticed that he is registered at the Fly Away forum under his own name.
