What payware programs out there that still have an active database for rea world weather. Since you can’t buy REX anymore

These two look good. but what gives more accurate readings and rendering in FS

Is there a way to access FSRealWX weather once Fs9 is started though(it's installed and working)or do you have to
start the sim and then go back out and start up the weather programme?
It seems to communicate through FSUIPC,does that have to be a registered version or does it work with the
free versions?
What's the score?do you have to start the bridge,then FSRealWX,then your sim?
Does it detect which airfield you're at and go from there? do you have to tell it where you're at/starting point and then go from there?
Once it's up and running and loaded is it dynamic?
I know MSFS's own weather was a bit hit and miss at times,but it wasn't a faff to get it going.
