Tiltrotor Update

I got an e-mail from Flightsimx that Wilco had released their latest update to the Tiltrotor making it ver. 1.3, however that's apparently not the case. Wilco's site says it's "about to release an update" for the Tiltrotor.

Not according to the Wilco website. I went to the download page and the only current update available is 1.1
