can Xplane be used offline?

I just did a bit of testing just for you Dave and I can confirm that both P3D and X-Plane work offline.
X-Plane does give a warning that it couldn't initialise the network and multiplayer will be unavailable but you can ignore that and carry on as usual.
My X-Plane 11 is the download version not the Steam one BTW.
