i used to have the FS france "projet mach 2" concorde freeware which was an absolutely fantastic model . i had it saved on a CD ( as i do most of my favorite freeware files ) right before FS france closed their site but it got damaged beyond repair the last time i moved so now , i cannot reinstal it whatsoever .
longing to fly this beautifull plane once again , i am looking for another concorde .
i am looking for a really nice one , nicely detailled , with VC ... basicaly , one than could , at the very least , match the FS france plane . freeware would be a plus but i can consider payware ( if pay , not for a few more months at least though too many addons on that list including misty/tongass fjords and fly tampa's kai tak ) .
thanks in advance .

Hi,

There is one supplied by JustFlight:

The manual can be downloaded, so you can see what you're going to get:

You can download the PM2 Concorde using Archive.org's 'Way Back Machine'. Here's the link.

The best and most realistic Concorde is most likely the SSTSIM Concorde (http://www.sstsim.com/products/concorde.php) :)

Greetings

I went to the Wayback home page, did a search for other dates on the same site, and ended up with a copy of the standard panel. I guess I should have saved the link...

i don't think any other panel outside of the standard one has been finished/uploaded anywhere . doing a bit of research ,i have also found this pack which has a panel , but i am not sure if it is anything more than the standard panel ( it has 4 different 2D panels and a VC cockpit with extremely few functions ) , that you can use with the base pack from project mach2 .

This one is pretty good, and a nice freeware alternative. Make sure you get all the additional downloads as recommended by Mr. Guzman. Some you will find at Avsim, but others you will need to get from Flightsim.com.

Heheh.... learn all about the NEW Concorde being worked on (I have the second Alpha version on my PC now) at our FSLabs website : http://www.flightsimlabs.com/Aircraft.aspx

Andrew Wilson of SSTSim and Flight Sim Labs have joined forces and will no doubt produce the best Concorde we've seen so far !!

Okay, so I am biased...... but not wrong :jump::jump:

It's not quite the same thing, but the TU144 v2 is pretty cool. Very immersive start up sequence. Plus, there is nothing like a supersonic aircraft with a small two bladed fan provided for the pilots comfort.
