Now that I have the process for creating normal maps that work with AnKor's shaders figured out, I've been going back through my models and adding +nm files. It really does add another dimension to how the aircraft surface finish looks, that just can't be done any other way.

This is an update to the standalone conversion of the AlphaSim_Lockheed_Constellation_BOAC to President-Elect Eisenhower's aircraft Columbine II originally released on 26 Feb 2017.

These files add bump mapping to the surface finish, makes the navigation dome more transparent, and fixes one alignment issue with the surface reflection layer.

*** Installation ***

You will need these files installed first.

Then add these files to the AlphaSim_Lockheed_Constellation_USAF folder.

Let the +sr and m3d files replace the old ones.

This package has been tested in ETO with the latest set of AnKor's Shaders and the AvHistory Effects files.

It will work in DPC Korea as well, but the special effect lights and contrails won't work unless you've modified your effects.xml.

What a lovely aircraft. Didn't know we had it for CFS3. Thanks for working out the improvements with the +nm textures :encouragement:

Thankyou....very nice indeed! Didn't realise there is a surviving Columbine.
