Is there a freeware for this any where at all?. I have looked all over the internet for one and I can't seem to find one.

No freeware that I know of, but it is included as part of the FTX England region.

You can try the old, now free, FS8/9 UK2000 version in FSX.

I looked at Alf's Airfields, but it's not among them.

The demos and free versions of the airports are fairly okay, but keep in mind that there'll be banners or just a fraction of scenery objects shown.

Btw: That thread is titled "Bad scenery add-ons" and in case of UK2000 the user complains about disappearing road traffic.

Thank you everyone I did have all the UK2000 scenery packages when I was on FS9 but never looked at them once I went to FSXSE. I do have FTX England and I havent flown into there since getting it so maybe a A2A T6 flight is needed.
