What's it off - A Daring class destroyer?

Daring class it is, can't be from HMAS 'Vampire' as she still has her full complement!, HMAS 'Voyager' was infamously sunk by HMAS 'Melbourne', HMAS 'Duchess' (her replacement) and HMAS 'Vendetta' were decommissioned around 1980, so I guess either one of the last two would be the donors.
Very handsome ships and the last 'Real' Destroyers IMHO.

In all probability it is from one of the 6 River Class Frigates (similar to UK Type 12 or Leander). Looks a 4.5" Mk 6 Turret.
