A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 3 Other Add-Ons - Vehicles
Description: I thought it would be cool to see a lot of people in and around the various ghost-town-like facilities so I created a "people.xml" facility file.
Just lay it on the same coordinates as the facility. You can play with the coordinates and heading a bit to get it the way you want.
I used "g_trooper" (NTroopers) for the effect and reduced his ammo to "0." I realize that elsewhere the troopers won't be firing,
but I thought it would be more realistic if all the "people" weren't firing Mausers.
Rename "people.txt", "people.xml.
