Pimax 8K & 5K VR Headsets Coming to Kickstarter

So, looking around (I'm New) there doesn't seem to be, unless I missed it, a specific virtual reality subforum, so I guess I will post this here! :wavey:

So first off, is this thing hot air? Can Pimax pull it off? Could it become a simming must-have? The headset is certainly not a looker: in fact, to me it's actively ugly, but I suppose it's what's inside that counts.......

Certainly looks good but pricing remains to be seen. VR is the way to go in the future if resolution and pricing problems are solved.
