I have reloaded the "BoB Theatre."

The write up showed one method was copy the CFS3 and then rename it BoB.

Then install BoB which I did successfully.

How do I reduce the size of the "tactical_display.dds and the hud_guages.dds" in the Shared folder in the Aircraft folder.

Also a new "ViewUI.xml" is required.

I did receive a file years ago on how to do it but it is now and I am not as swift as I use to be!

I have tried several times but unsuccessful.

One question is do I delete the "ViewUI" in the BoB Root folder along with the "ViewUI" in the Appdata BoB file?

As I have said before any help would be appreciated.

I have in fact just been doing this again with some of my installs. It involves the viewUI.xml but the one in your users/appdata (the name depends on one's OS) Basically what you need to look at amd change is the "BGScale" values, to a lower value (for smaller)

Not to do with the dds file!

I add part of my viewUI files and you can see what I mean.
</HUDAlt> <HUDAltMetric BGImage="hud_guages_metric.dds" BGPos="2 344" BGScale=".70" BGSize="166 166"

go to edit/find and search for all the BGScale vaules and make them smaller or larger. Mine here is .70.

When you save the changes make sure you are saving as an xml file, not a txt file!
