Hi. Technically, they weren't "empty," but there was not a scenery folder there when there should have been, so the sim couldn't find them. They are two seaplane takeoff points for Tobruk and Tripoli; no textures required.

Simply replace your version of this folder with the one attached. I will update the package now. Thanks for saying something!

I just figured out what I needed to do a while ago. The two .bgl files were there, just not in a "scenery" folder.
