Some WIP shots. Still have autogen to beef up, elevations to correct, color adjustments to make and objects to build. I am not able to test in base FSX or non-Orbx sims. Orbx is all I have so everything is colored and placed based on Orbx FTX Basic and Vector Landclass. I used to lament having to build airports that looked great in basic FSX (but not in Orbx). . .Orbx was making it difficult to create scenery because it had to also come close to their textures which were far more vibrant. Now that's all I use because there isn't anything better, more realistic (that includes detailed placement of autogen), more visually appealing.

The satellite photoreal texture exactly matched the contour of the lake at that location. No adjustment was needed beyond some color work to more closely match the depth of color in the Orbx textures.
