Good evening everyone,

has somebody here lately had any success in contacting Iris Simulations' support team?

I have raised 3 support tickets regarding one of their products with their support desk, the oldest 2 month ago and
the newest about 40days .Still all labelled as "open" and not a single feedback.

I wrote them an email- No reply.
The info banner on their support site says "we're offine" anytime I check.

They keep updating their facebook site sporadically with pictures of the newest product though : /

Barring any technical issue , which I find unlikely, this is abyssmal customer service in my opinion.

Well just wanted to ask, if anyone else has experiences with their support.

Thank you and kind regards,

Oliver

This problem has been noticed elsewhere too. I'm not sure if their site has been hacked but it would appear their site security certificate ran out on 18th Nov.

Honestly, I like David and Karen, but they have had problems with Support for as long as I can remember. Sometimes due to the fact that there wasn't anyone working support, sometimes because they were both so taxed with work, medical issues and other RW problems that they simply had to set support aside and deal with problems at hand. They have had so many website redo's because of being hacked or moving to a different service that I gave up a long time ago trying to stay up with them. They are on Facebook, and it might be best to try to contact them there and see if you can get through to them that way.

Thank you Dave and falcon,

at least that makes a technical error / problem unlikely.
Sad to hear that they are facing so many problems .
But still part of me is of the opinion, that maybe it would be a good
idea to provide support to existing customers and products instead
of completely focussing on pumping out new products.
But I guess that doesn't generate enough revenue.

Facebook would be the last-resort option, I simply detest interacting
with developers over that medium, but thats entirely my problem.

Thank you very much anyway for your feedback.

Kind regards,

Oliver

it took them nearly 2yrs to release an patch for the spartan after many promises then wanted to charge for the fix and the fact many of the developers of their models have cut all ties with them, just those two instances was enough for me to permanently keep clear of them.
