The old amateur is here again
I am trying (hard) to istall Devildog73's BPF Meridian/Operation Iceberg (it's quite a job) on the other hand, I have time to do it,but what is the above mentioned animal for a thing? Has it anything to do with destroyers? I have the habit to go through all campaigns mis.files to see if everything is in place before starting and not to see the can't find this or that. The beast is not mentioned in the Read me.:wiggle:

It's one of Stuart277s V& W class destroyers

Actually it's the wrong V/W class for the BPF ops, but this is what you need to get the missions going.:pirate:

I used the V&W class destroyers to meet the type of destroyers used in 1944-'45.
Since then, UT guided me toward C class 1945 destroyers, which I have used as replacements for the W&Vs.

I just have not gotten back into Operation Meridian to make the appropriate modifications yet.

"Scrap Iron Flotilla

The Scrap Iron Flotilla was an Australian destroyer group that operated in the Mediterranean and Pacific during World War II.

Their names were, HMAS Stuart, a Scott Class Destroyer and HMAS Voyager, HMAS Vampire, HMAS Vendetta and HMAS Waterhen, VandW Class Destroyers."

They might fit in better with your missions.

John,

Still too old :cat:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_Emergency_Programme_destroyers

They are variants of Collins HMCS Sioux, or C class (actually post-war)
