Me to, still enjoying Taifun http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php/129884-Inibuilds-Bf-108-Taifun-Released-2-24?p=1310139&viewfull=1#post1310139 :biggrin-new:. If I get bored, I'll probably start with the An-2, but like jankees, I don't have it on my desk right now. Sooner or later I'll do something but it won't be soon, sorry.

If it truly is an FSX native model then it should work in P3D. There may be gauge issues if it uses .gau files rather than xml (ie CAB) files for the gauges. If it isn't FSX native then you may be able to convert it via MCX, without trying there is no way to say. Gavin

Where can I find the NH-90 for P3D V4.5, the existing one is for fsx , and if possible do the conversion with MCX.

DW, you mentioned above that you have flown planes with missing gages, and I immediately remembered myself a few times that they still worked and did not CTD. So dug back in to tinker more, and I can confirm, you can have gages missing from your main panel, but not the virtual cockpit. That is what was causing the crash with the SM-84. I'll do a little looking on the Pe-2's, wanted to brush up on a few Russian planes for a cool campaign I hear is coming soon. 😉

I agree wholeheartedly. I started with Alphasim's and then Virtavia's before the Flight Replica me and a friend beta testing theirs and ultimately flying it.

Definitely will share. In the process of creating a layered Photoshop paint kit. All that is left is to name all the layers.

Did you buy the initial Clipper package, heywoood ? If you did what did you think about it ? I don't think the subject of an aircraft model being extinct or still alive and flying has anything to do with this unfortunate event. What matters is is that the developer of the AN-2 model has clearly put his heart and soul and all dedication he could muster into his project. There simply is no heart, no soul, no dedication to find in the Clipper model. No use to mention all the bugs, faults and imperfections again. But these are certainly not caused by the subject of the model being extinct. Tell me why if you think otherwise. I'd love to tell you what I think is unfair but i also love this tragic story to go away so i won't :) Btw, the only reason i compared the Clipper model with the...

Greg & John, That 1024X768 panel isn't causing any problems for me. However, if you have Morton's Pe2 panels which have two 1024X768 bitmaps, it's another story with Windows 7. Here are Morton's rear gunner bitmaps reduced to 800X600.

This is great news - I flew the wings off of Milton's Spartan, thanks to him and to all the individual community members who enhanced that aircraft in FSX, so I'm excited to have it back now in MSFS. These WIP renders look terrific
